Botanical gardens provide the perfect blend of the beauty of nature and the security of an indoor location. Just imagine reciting your vows against a gorgeous backdrop of stunning flowers and rolling hills! That is what you’ll get at the New York Botanical Garden. Located in the Bronx, the NYGB (as it is affectionately nicknamed) is considered a National Historic Landmark. It is also the largest garden in the United States, with over 250 acres to roam! This means you can truly have a wedding that will go down in history. The New York Botanical Garden is also well-versed in hosting private events, meaning that you are guaranteed a wedding handled by professional staff and with clear guidelines. So, if you want an absolutely gorgeous wedding in a well-known location, you really can’t do better than a NYC Botanical Garden wedding! NYC Botanical Garden Wedding Cost  Facility fees: $2,500 – $4,500Per-person estimates: $190 – $225 While not much pricing information is available specifically on their website, general estimates for the cost of a New York Botanical Garden wedding can be found online. These costs will vary based on the amount of guests you want, the date that you choose, and which facility you choose as your venue. You can always reach out and inquire directly, especially for cases such as elopement. You will have your pick of three stunning locations: the Garden Terrace Room, Stone Mill, and Hudson Garden Grill. Each has a different aesthetic and capacity, but all are breathtaking! Weddings will also be assisted by Constellation Culinary Group, once known as Starr Catering Group.  With a good basis of knowledge for price, let’s get into the finer points! Best Time of Year for a Botanical Garden Wedding NYC The New York Botanical Garden makes it clear that any time of year is a good time for a wedding! Spring and summer will be the best times for the traditional botanical garden sights, including the NYBG’s special rose garden. However, fall and winter also have their merits! As such a large area, the New York Botanical Garden has a wide array of plants that mean there is always something to see. The beautiful foliage as the leaves change color make autumn a great time to get married, and in the winter there will be full pine trees and berried holly. So, the best time of year to get married really depends on your specific vision! Since there is no set “on-season” or “off-season”, you will need to reach out to inquire about pricing for different seasons. Whatever you pick, you’ll have a lovely backdrop! NYC Botanical Garden Wedding Venues Capacity: 70 – 300 guests, depending on the venue As mentioned above, having a NYC Botanical Garden wedding allows you 3 venues to choose from. Each one has its own perks, so it is important to plan what you want ahead of time. First, I’ll talk about the largest space. The Garden Terrace Room consists of a main ballroom with elegant decorations and a great view of the gardens. There will also be a tent outside for outdoor activities, such as a cocktail hour or your ceremony. This venue can welcome anywhere from 120 to 300 guests. Next, we have the Stone Mill, a charmingly rustic location deep in the gardens that overlooks the Bronx River. This is a great spot for more intimate ceremonies, capable of hosting no more than 90 guests. It would be perfect for a smaller wedding fully enveloped by the beauty of nature. Finally, we have the Hudson Garden Grill. This venue doubles as a farm-to-table restaurant right in the middle of the Ross Conifer Arboretum. The Hudson Garden Grill is the perfect place for a small reception, and can serve up to 70 guests.  Botanical Garden Wedding NYC Restrictions Once you pick your venue and begin to plan, you must consider possible wedding restrictions. One restriction posed by the New York Botanical Garden is that you will automatically be working with the Constellation Culinary Group for your catering needs. There is also an approved list of florists available to choose from.  Conclusion The New York Botanical Garden hosts a wide variety of events, and your wedding should be one! The helpful staff, wonderful venues, and breathtaking photo opportunities should be enough to convince any couple to give it a try. This is the perfect site for a wedding ceremony, reception, and more! Hopefully this helped in your planning and gave you some ideas for wedding venues in New York City. Atlanta Botanical Garden Wedding – Ultimate Wedding Planning Guide

How to Plan an Atlanta Botanical Garden Wedding The Ultimate Guide for Planning an Atlanta Botanical Garden Wedding (complete with pricing, capacity, and photos) Planning your wedding can be an overwhelming experience, with a million little details to hammer out. One of the most important things you’ll need to decide early on is the location. You’ll want a place that is beautiful, full of photo opportunities, and hopefully affordable! In short, you’ll want the Atlanta Botanical Garden. An Atlanta Botanical Garden wedding is the perfect way to celebrate your nuptials. Keep reading to find out everything you ever wanted to know about planning a truly breathtaking wedding at the Atlanta Botanical Garden.  Why You Should Have an Atlanta Botanical Garden Wedding You might be asking yourself: why would I have my wedding at a botanical garden? The short answer is that the Atlanta Botanical Garden is absolutely beautiful! It is filled to the brim with gorgeous flowers and plants, all set against an elegant backdrop and expertly tended area. You really can’t find a better location. They also offer a variety of locations to choose from, with eight outdoor wedding areas and eight indoor ones. This gives you the best combination of a beautiful natural setting with a welcome retreat in the event of bad weather. This venus is also very forthcoming with their rental information, making them easy to communicate with and easy to research. Now, let’s review the most important details for planning your wedding. Atlanta Botanical Garden Wedding Cost Elopement fees: $650- $1200Wedding fees: $850- $7,000 The Atlanta Botanical Garden offers pricing information based on their locations and the overall capacity. The more people you want, the more expensive your wedding will be. This leaves quite a bit of wiggle room! For example, a 10 person standing room only ceremony in the Japanese Garden will cost $650, while a seated dinner with 250 guests and a capacity for 500 standing will cost nearly $7,000. You can choose your ideal location based on the cost, capacity, and the overall style. The rental fee also includes complimentary tables and chairs, audio-visual equipment, and wireless internet. Your rental guarantees you and your guests exclusive access to the space, so you don’t need to worry about privacy. The exact time frame of your rental can be discussed with the garden staff. If you want to add additional hours to your rental package, you can do so starting at $400/hour.  Best Time of Year for an Atlanta Botanical Garden Wedding Like most botanical gardens, the Atlanta Botanical Garden has both an “on-season” and an “off-season”. Weddings during the on-season will have the standard pricing, as they can provide the most beautiful sightings of the fully blooming trees and flowers. Weddings during the off-season can have potentially lower rates. With some exceptions, on-season for the Atlanta Botanical Garden will be roughly from April to September. This season covers the spring and summer months, when all of the flowers will be blooming. The off-season goes roughly from October to March. Although there are still plenty of beautiful sights in the fall and winter months, there won’t be as much to see as the rest of the year.  Food and Drinks for your Atlanta Botanic Garden Wedding Let’s just say that the Atlanta Botanical Garden has planned ahead for all food and drink concerns. You can choose to have your wedding catered by one of their six approved catering companies. This is done to increase the efficiency of the process and ensure as few unfamiliar vehicles and staff as possible.  When it comes to your bar, you have four options: hourly, consumption, a cash bar, or general hospitality. Hospitality just involves bottled water and Coca-Cola products, with you paying $3 per Coke product consumed. A cash bar means that your guests will pay for their drinks themselves, should they want them. The consumption option means that you will be charged for each drink that your guests order, from premium mixed drinks to bottled water. Finally, the hourly beverage service charges you an hourly fee per guest. For example, a standard bar set up for two hours will cost $41 per person. This gives you the range to decide what you want to offer. No outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises. Otherwise, you can enjoy a fully catered wedding with delicious food and drink options! In addition, as outlined above in the individual venue settings, some locations do not allow early daytime celebrations or are only restricted to weekends. And finally, you are limited to using their own catering for your reception, although I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Check out their menu to get an idea of what they offer. Atlanta Botanic Garden Wedding Restrictions When planning your perfect ceremony and reception, you also need to plan for some restrictions. In the case of the Atlanta Botanical Garden, there are just a few. As mentioned above, you can only choose from their approved list of caterers. This also includes tent companies and valet services. There is also a 15% production fee charged on all room rentals. This helps to cover things like credit card fees and hiring extra staff to prepare the venue. If you have any questions about specific restrictions or packages, contact the venue to learn more. Pictures, Parking, an More You and your guests (including a hired photographer) are free to take pictures as you wish during your event. If you want to schedule a personal photoshoot, you can pay $500 for a two hour session with up to 10 people. The Garden also reserves the right to contact your photographer to potentially use photos for promotional material or advertising. As far as parking, it is available on-site with a maximum daily fee of $15. You won’t have to worry about your guests trekking to the location! The Atlanta Botanical Garden also provides you with an event coordinator and staff to assist with the essential needs during your

Caterers will also get two hours to set-up for the event and one hour to break everything down at the end. You can also buy another hour of time for $550. All ceremonies and receptions will begin sometime after 5:00pm, since the Botanical Center is open to the public until 4:00pm. The price will vary based on several factors: whether or not you are a resident of Providence, if you have your wedding on a weekday or weekend, and if you want your wedding to be on a holiday. This is true for both the Botanical Center and the Outdoor Event Space. If you want to combine the two and have a ceremony or cocktail hour, you can do so for a higher price.  The general capacity can fit up to 170 people in the Botanical Center, making this a great venue for medium to large wedding parties.  A Great Ceremony and Reception Venue This venue is an excellent wedding destination for a variety of reasons. You will be assisted by a wedding day coordinator who ensures everything is running smoothly, as well as additional wedding planning services.  The Roger Williams Botanical Garden is perfectly suited for a dual wedding and reception, with the standard five-hour rental time ideal for a ceremony and reception. Many couples opt for an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception, and you will find that to be a perfect blend of appreciating nature while still retaining the protection of an indoor location. A security deposit of $500 is required to hold your spot, but it is refundable. With your rental, you can have a wonderful ceremony and reception at the Roger Williams Botanical Garden! Best Time of Year for a Roger Williams Botanical Garden Wedding Since the Roger Williams Botanical Garden offers both indoor and outdoor settings, you can book your wedding for any time of year! However, the spring and summer months are the most popular, as the flowers and plants all over the gardens will be in bloom. Keep in mind that the grounds can be fairly hot and humid in the summer! As far as the specific date, the pricing for a rental will be less expensive on a weekday, MOnday through Thursday. Having a wedding on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be pricier, and any wedding taking place on a holiday will be the most expensive. Roger Williams Botanic Garden Wedding Restrictions While this is doubtlessly an amazing place to hold a wedding, you should still be aware of some restrictions. The first restriction is that tables and chairs are not included in your overall rental fee, so there will still be an additional cost.  Another restriction is that the venue must give the go-ahead for all decorations, so make sure to stay in contact with your wedding planner to get approval if you want to bring in your own! Music for the reception must end at midnight, and the venue requests that you do not throw confetti, rice, or a similar object during the ceremony to protect the grounds. Photographs, Food, and More This venue offers an on-site photographer for the Botanical Center for an additional $300. You can also schedule a one hour engagement photography session for $150. As far as food, you can bring in any approved outside caterers of your choosing! Your caterer can use the on-site kitchen for prep and assembly only, but as long as they are approved by the staff there should not be an issue. You can also bring in your own approved photographer to document the entire ceremony and reception if you wish.  Conclusion At the Roger Williams Botanical Garden, you won’t have to worry about hosting a wedding to remember – it will practically be guaranteed! Also similar to the Rose Garden, the Esplanade is only available during the evenings, and the fee is consistent no matter which night of the week or weekend you choose for your wedding.  Wedding venues are going fast, making it a challenge to lock in a wedding date as early as possible. With this guide, you’re sure to find your ideal venue for your Chicago Botanical Garden wedding, and at a price that works for you.  Rose GardenRental Fee : $12,000Capacity :  The Rose Garden may be a bit pricier, but for those looking for some of the most exquisite and stunning displays of roses – as its name would suggest – look no further than the Rose Garden. The Rose Garden is as elegant, graceful, classy, and romantic a venue as one would expect, given the cost. With over 5,000 rose bushes to delight your guests, it might fit a preconceived idea of what a Chicago Botanical Garden Wedding would look like with it’s greenery and any shade of rose you might imagine.  It is reserved for weddings and other elegant events regularly and requires special approval to use the space, making it a more exclusive location. Although the fee remains the same regardless of whichever evening you’re having your wedding, the space is not available in the daytime for any ceremonies or events. It’s also important to note that the venue requires a tent reservation for any private weddings, which is used to make your wedding feel more private and exclusive. Rose Terrace Rental Fee : $1,500 – $4,000Capacity : 275 ceremony, 250 reception The Rose Terrace is another splendid garden space, with a similar romantic and elegant vibe as what the Walled Garden offers, and is also unavailable during the daytime. But, if you want a beautiful evening ceremony and party surrounded by charming greenery and vibrant roses that contrast the perfectly manicured lawn – this is your spot! This also has a slightly larger capacity for your guests, offering a cocktail reception of 250 guests and a wedding ceremony capacity of 275 guests.  In order to best enjoy the vibrant nature of this venue, it is only available from May to October, which means you’ll have all of the gardens in their prime and growing beautifully. Chicago Botanical Garden even recommends pairing cocktails at the Rose Terrace with a dinner at the McGinley Pavilion, if your budget has the room for both.  English Walled GardenRental Fee : $1,500 – $4,000Capacity : 175 ceremony, 250 reception If elegance, grace, and romance are right in-tune with your wedding vision and aesthetic, and your budget is on the more modest side, then the English Walled Garden is the perfect fit for your Chicago Botanical Garden Wedding. The garden features a beautiful brick courtyard that is surrounded by lush, manicured greenery. It feels fully enclosed in towering trees that open up gracefully to the open sky. The ceremonial space is often perfectly perched across the bridge, next to a serene, small pond.  It also has excellent capacity, and with its unique seating space typically being enclosed around the pond, it is able to comfortably seat up to 175 guests. With the reception space, it gets even better, with the capacity for 250 guests. Although, as most wedding planners will tell you, it’s always ideal to have a backup plan, even with an elegant, charming space like this one. The English Garden also has a backup room in the event of unfavorable weather. It’s also important to note that the English Garden is only available in the evenings. Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding – Ultimate Wedding Planning Guide

How to Plan a Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding The Ultimate Guide for Planning a Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding (complete with pricing and photos) Planning your wedding can be stressful, but it should also be an incredibly happy time! Part of that happiness comes from choosing the perfect location to look forward to. A great example is the Tower Hill Botanic Garden, one of the most beautiful gardens in Massachusetts.  A wedding in a botanical garden? It’s true! Here is why you should consider a Tower Hill Botanical Garden wedding and how to plan one! Why You Should Have a Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding If you want a beautiful wedding that you will always remember, then Tower Hill is perfect for you. It has walking trails, woods, and even 17 separate and unique gardens. There will be tons of wonderful views and photo opportunities! If you’re worried about weather, you’ll be happy to know that their garden weddings also come with a plan to move indoors. That means that you will have a wedding that is beautiful, well-planned, and prepared for a weather emergency. You will have a perfect Tower Hill Botanical Garden wedding! If you’re convinced, congratulations! Now let’s go over how to plan the best ceremony for you. Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding and Elopement Pricing Elopement Fees : $500 – $1250 Wedding Fees : $3500 – $11000 The first thing you will want to do is decide on the type of ceremony that you want. Tower Hill offers an elopement package, or the standard larger wedding package with more guests and a bigger ceremony. Decide what you and your partner want, and that will help you begin planning. The elopement package will include the couple and up to 20 guests for an hour-long rental in the garden of your choice. There will not be food, drinks, or chairs, which makes it the perfect ceremony for pictures before heading to a reception somewhere else. If you are a couple with a small circle who wants things to be short and sweet, this package is for you! You can also choose the standard wedding ceremony, which can have up to 120 guests. It comes with a ceremony and a long reception in whatever location you want. This is more expensive, but it is perfect for a more traditional wedding with many guests.  Best Time of Year for a Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding Once you have picked out the type of ceremony that you want, it is time to pick a date! Tower Hill Botanic Garden has an “on season” from May to September, and that will be the time for a bigger wedding in good weather. There is also an “off season” from February to April that would be smaller and have fewer dates available. A date and a budget will help your wedding planner build the perfect wedding. That’s right – a Tower Hill Botanical Garden wedding includes a wedding coordinator to make sure everything goes smoothly! A Ceremony and Reception Venue It is important to note that Tower Hill books the actual wedding ceremony for 30 minutes, starting anytime after 6:00pm. That might seem short, but it is still a good amount of time for the bridal procession, a speech, and exchanging vows. The perk of being offered a shorter ceremony is that you can have a long reception – up to five hours! There are not many places that offer a ceremony and reception in the same location. At Tower Hill, you can have both on-site! This cuts down on the time spent rushing between locations and lets you and your guests start the party as soon as possible. Tower Hill Botanical Garden also offers you a ceremony rehearsal to make sure that everything goes smoothly. You can do this the day before your wedding from 3:00-4:00pm. Decide what you want your ceremony and reception to look like, and you will have a great time.  Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding Restrictions A Tower Hill Botanical Garden wedding is one of the most beautiful venues to choose from. However, there are some restrictions that you should be aware of. The first is if you are getting married in the on-season May – September, your wedding cannot include more than 120 guests. That number falls to only 50 guests in the off-season February – April, due to limited availability. Tower Hill also does not have a bridal suite on location, mainly due to their primary function as a botanical garden. Without a bridal suite to get ready in, you will need to arrive at the site fully dressed and ready for the ceremony.  Pictures, Food, and More Tower Hill makes things easier by working specifically with one catering company: Peppers Artful Events. This company will provide all of the food and drinks for your wedding; the cost of catering is not included in the cost of the venue. You can meet with your wedding coordinator and with Peppers Artful Events to build a food and drink menu you will love.  You can take photos starting one hour before your ceremony. With a wonderful photographer that you trust (ahem!), these photos will bring back fond memories of your wedding for years to come. Conclusion With careful planning and a little bit of luck, you will have an absolutely gorgeous wedding that everybody talks about for years to come. The location is beautiful and filled with flowers, making it the perfect place for a ceremony and an even better place for photos! Elope in Nashville : Where and How to Elope

Elope in Nashville : Where and How to Elope (2024) The Ultimate “How to” Guide to Elope in Nashville(complete with pricing and locations) Eloping is becoming more and more popular, so I wrote this guide on how to elope in Nashville to give you ideas! At the end of the day, a marriage does not need a big ceremony and a huge guest list. It is all about you, your partner, and the love you share.  Read below for the ultimate guide on how to elope in Nashville, complete with locations and legal information, to help you in your planning. How to Elope in Nashville – Legal Stuff To put it simply, eloping is getting married without all of the bells and whistles. There is no big guest list, huge ceremony, or any of the other traditions we associate with weddings. You simply find someone to legally marry you to your partner and get on with it! Despite the lack of traditions, eloping is still incredibly romantic and can be a great start to your life together. There are different laws depending on which state you are in, but in each one you will need to obtain a marriage license that allows you to be legally married. After your wedding, you will sign your wedding certificate and send it to the local courthouse in order to receive your official marriage license. Don’t forget that some state marriage laws require at least one witness to the wedding. In the case of Nashville, Tennessee, you just need to have your officiant – the person who will officially marry you and your partner.  Hopefully, this information has made it easier to imagine eloping! If you choose to elope in Nashville, there are many options for quality places to get married. After all, eloping does not mean sacrificing the beauty of a traditional wedding.
