Napa Wedding Venues Ultimate Guide
If you are looking into Napa wedding venues for your big day, look no further! Napa is a hugely popular location known for its award-winning wineries and country charm, and is one of the most sought after destinations in Northern California. With so many places to choose from, let’s help you narrow down your list of possibilities by highlighting some of the best Napa wedding venues.
Inn on Randolph
411 Randolph St; Napa, CA 94559
The Inn of Randolph is a favorite Napa wedding venue for many couples. This 19th century estate serves as a boutique luxury inn fitting for an intimate Napa Valley wedding. Perfect for a small ceremony or elopement, you will exchange vows in front of a cute little gazebo amidst a romantic garden. Host a sit-down dinner in the courtyard or indoors. The Inn also provides a range of additional services including on-site florists, a cocktail hour, or hair & makeup. This is a great setting for couples who want to spend a lot of time celebrating with a small group of friends and family.
Calistoga Ranch
580 Lommel Rd; Calistoga, CA 94515
With so many adorable Napa wedding venues, somehow Calistoga Ranch still manages to clearly stand out. While there are many locations for your ceremony, the vineyards make the perfect spot. Follow that with a reception in the Wine Cave for a unique celebration sure to cause your guests to rejoice. If you have a more extensive guest list, you cannot go wrong with a formal dinner beside the lake framed by a backdrop of mountains. Calistoga Ranch will leave you mesmerized with its beauty.
Fairview Napa
2295 Streblow Dr; Napa, CA 94558
If you are a busy couple looking to find something all-inclusive in order to make planning a breeze, the Fairview Napa will be an excellent choice for your wedding and reception. They offer four distinct packages ranging from the Essential to the Elite. The reception pavilion is complete with sparkling chandeliers and stunning lake views. The grounds are beautiful and provide many options for capturing that perfect image that will adorn your holiday cards.
The Estate Yountville
6481 Washington St; Yountville, CA 94599
This is a luxury estate perfectly attuned to an elegant, jovial ceremony. For those looking for a true Wine Country experience, look no further than this Napa wedding venue. You will find that luxury can indeed be easygoing. Here you will find a total of six event spaces. The favorite is clearly the vineyard; however, a hidden gem is the barrel room with high ceiling, wrought iron décor, brick walls, and wooden rafters. It really gives a rustic look that pops. You’ll also receive group rates for your guests at the five-star hotel.
Napa Valley Wine Train
1275 McKinstry St; Napa, CA 94559
This is perhaps the most unique Napa wedding venue. The Napa Valley Wine Train is an actual train that can take your guests on a tour of the Napa Valley for between three and six hours depending upon the package. The linear layout of the train provides a multitude of options for greeting guests and enjoying the boisterous reception. Up to 300 guests can be included while the cars themselves feature fine cheery wood and lace tablecloths. It will feel as if you have been transported back in time as your tour the rolling hills of Napa.
Indian Springs Resort
1712 Lincoln Ave; Calistoga, CA 94515
Indian Springs brands itself as a “modern bohemian retreat.” The resort is adorned with olive trees, palm trees, roses, and herbs. The highlight of this location is an Olympic mineral pool first built in 1910. If you are looking for something other than the typical Napa winery wedding, you’ll find it here. There are many available settings, but our favorite in this Napa wedding venue has to be a tossup between the mountainside garden and the barn. Small, intimate ceremonies can fit perfectly in the alley, a clearing in a grove of olive trees with twinkling lights. Just a short 30-minute drive from Napa, this place is filled with charm.
Auberge du Soleil
180 Rutherford Hill Rd; Rutherford, CA 94573
Set amidst a 33-acre olive grove, Auberge du Soleil’s hillside presence provides amazing views of the Napa Valley. Just a few miles north of the town of Napa, there are many options for your ceremony. La Pagode is an Asian-inspired pavilion surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, and a sculpture garden featuring over a hundred works. Meanwhile, the venue’s Terrace location provides an outdoor setting paired with Vista rooms that serve as a great setting for a reception. This is one of the area’s premier locations and typically has high demand, so be sure to book far in advance.
River Terrace Inn
1600 Soscol Ave; Napa, CA 94559
An award-winning Napa wedding venue, the River Terrace Inn has a large, 3,000 square foot outdoor terrace overlooking the river. This space opens up to a ballroom with French doors and low-hanging chandeliers, creating an intimate reception. The décor includes gold Chiavari chairs. This venue specializes in weddings and also provides each couple with a coordinator that will take the stress out of planning a wedding. The property also has a variety of locations that provide for excellent photographs to capture the memories of that special day.
Churchill Manor
485 Brown St; Napa, CA
Churchill Manor is a premier Napa wedding venue. Every inch of this property is carefully designed with an elegant aesthetic. Churchill Manor will work with you to plan every aspect of your special day from the rehearsal dinner to the reception while linking you up with top area vendors.
