A great example is the Chicago Botanical Garden, one of the most beautiful gardens in Illinois.  A wedding in a botanical garden? It’s true! Below is why you should consider a Chicago Botanical Garden wedding and how to plan one! Why You Should Have a Chicago Botanical Garden Wedding If you want a beautiful wedding that you will always remember, then Chicago Botanical Garden is perfect for you. With a variety of wedding venues and areas to choose from, you will be sure to find one that fits your needs and offers you and your guests an amazing backdrop. There will be tons of wonderful views and photo opportunities all around! Read below for some tips on planning a Chicago Botanic Garden Wedding for ideas and inspiration! If you are interested in contacting the venue, click this link to go to their contact form. photo by Bliss Events Chicago Chicago Botanical Garden Wedding Venues EsplanadeRental Fee : $30,000Capacity : 500 ceremony, 1,500 reception The Esplanade is the final and most expensive wedding venue offered at the Chicago Botanic Garden. The vast, dramatic landscape makes you feel like you and your guests have been transported to an incredible estate. In fact, this space was planned and designed by two renowned architects, giving it a touch of fame that is sure to impress your guests. This area includes pristine lawns that are surrounded by tall, lush trees that line down to the water’s edge, opening up to an elegant water feature. As the more expensive cost would suggest, this is the single largest venue you can have for a Chicago Botanical Garden Wedding, with the capacity to seat as much as 500 guests for a sit down dinner, and up to 1,500 guests for a cocktail reception. The dining space does require additional tenting for guests. Like the Rose Garden, those looking to utilize the incredible pavilion for their wedding must get approval. Also similar to the Rose Garden, the Esplanade is only available during the evenings, and the fee is consistent no matter which night of the week or weekend you choose for your wedding.  Wedding venues are going fast, making it a challenge to lock in a wedding date as early as possible. With this guide, you’re sure to find your ideal venue for your Chicago Botanical Garden wedding, and at a price that works for you.  Rose GardenRental Fee : $12,000Capacity :  The Rose Garden may be a bit pricier, but for those looking for some of the most exquisite and stunning displays of roses – as its name would suggest – look no further than the Rose Garden. The Rose Garden is as elegant, graceful, classy, and romantic a venue as one would expect, given the cost. With over 5,000 rose bushes to delight your guests, it might fit a preconceived idea of what a Chicago Botanical Garden Wedding would look like with it’s greenery and any shade of rose you might imagine.  It is reserved for weddings and other elegant events regularly and requires special approval to use the space, making it a more exclusive location. Although the fee remains the same regardless of whichever evening you’re having your wedding, the space is not available in the daytime for any ceremonies or events. It’s also important to note that the venue requires a tent reservation for any private weddings, which is used to make your wedding feel more private and exclusive. Rose Terrace Rental Fee : $1,500 – $4,000Capacity : 275 ceremony, 250 reception The Rose Terrace is another splendid garden space, with a similar romantic and elegant vibe as what the Walled Garden offers, and is also unavailable during the daytime. But, if you want a beautiful evening ceremony and party surrounded by charming greenery and vibrant roses that contrast the perfectly manicured lawn – this is your spot! This also has a slightly larger capacity for your guests, offering a cocktail reception of 250 guests and a wedding ceremony capacity of 275 guests.  In order to best enjoy the vibrant nature of this venue, it is only available from May to October, which means you’ll have all of the gardens in their prime and growing beautifully. Chicago Botanical Garden even recommends pairing cocktails at the Rose Terrace with a dinner at the McGinley Pavilion, if your budget has the room for both.  English Walled GardenRental Fee : $1,500 – $4,000Capacity : 175 ceremony, 250 reception If elegance, grace, and romance are right in-tune with your wedding vision and aesthetic, and your budget is on the more modest side, then the English Walled Garden is the perfect fit for your Chicago Botanical Garden Wedding. The garden features a beautiful brick courtyard that is surrounded by lush, manicured greenery. It feels fully enclosed in towering trees that open up gracefully to the open sky. The ceremonial space is often perfectly perched across the bridge, next to a serene, small pond.  It also has excellent capacity, and with its unique seating space typically being enclosed around the pond, it is able to comfortably seat up to 175 guests. With the reception space, it gets even better, with the capacity for 250 guests. Although, as most wedding planners will tell you, it’s always ideal to have a backup plan, even with an elegant, charming space like this one. The English Garden also has a backup room in the event of unfavorable weather. It’s also important to note that the English Garden is only available in the evenings. Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding – Ultimate Wedding Planning Guide

How to Plan a Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding The Ultimate Guide for Planning a Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding (complete with pricing and photos) Planning your wedding can be stressful, but it should also be an incredibly happy time! Part of that happiness comes from choosing the perfect location to look forward to. A great example is the Tower Hill Botanic Garden, one of the most beautiful gardens in Massachusetts.  A wedding in a botanical garden? It’s true! Here is why you should consider a Tower Hill Botanical Garden wedding and how to plan one! Why You Should Have a Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding If you want a beautiful wedding that you will always remember, then Tower Hill is perfect for you. It has walking trails, woods, and even 17 separate and unique gardens. There will be tons of wonderful views and photo opportunities! If you’re worried about weather, you’ll be happy to know that their garden weddings also come with a plan to move indoors. That means that you will have a wedding that is beautiful, well-planned, and prepared for a weather emergency. You will have a perfect Tower Hill Botanical Garden wedding! If you’re convinced, congratulations! Now let’s go over how to plan the best ceremony for you. Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding and Elopement Pricing Elopement Fees : $500 – $1250 Wedding Fees : $3500 – $11000 The first thing you will want to do is decide on the type of ceremony that you want. Tower Hill offers an elopement package, or the standard larger wedding package with more guests and a bigger ceremony. Decide what you and your partner want, and that will help you begin planning. The elopement package will include the couple and up to 20 guests for an hour-long rental in the garden of your choice. There will not be food, drinks, or chairs, which makes it the perfect ceremony for pictures before heading to a reception somewhere else. If you are a couple with a small circle who wants things to be short and sweet, this package is for you! You can also choose the standard wedding ceremony, which can have up to 120 guests. It comes with a ceremony and a long reception in whatever location you want. This is more expensive, but it is perfect for a more traditional wedding with many guests.  Best Time of Year for a Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding Once you have picked out the type of ceremony that you want, it is time to pick a date! Tower Hill Botanic Garden has an “on season” from May to September, and that will be the time for a bigger wedding in good weather. There is also an “off season” from February to April that would be smaller and have fewer dates available. A date and a budget will help your wedding planner build the perfect wedding. That’s right – a Tower Hill Botanical Garden wedding includes a wedding coordinator to make sure everything goes smoothly! A Ceremony and Reception Venue It is important to note that Tower Hill books the actual wedding ceremony for 30 minutes, starting anytime after 6:00pm. That might seem short, but it is still a good amount of time for the bridal procession, a speech, and exchanging vows. The perk of being offered a shorter ceremony is that you can have a long reception – up to five hours! There are not many places that offer a ceremony and reception in the same location. At Tower Hill, you can have both on-site! This cuts down on the time spent rushing between locations and lets you and your guests start the party as soon as possible. Tower Hill Botanical Garden also offers you a ceremony rehearsal to make sure that everything goes smoothly. You can do this the day before your wedding from 3:00-4:00pm. Decide what you want your ceremony and reception to look like, and you will have a great time.  Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding Restrictions A Tower Hill Botanical Garden wedding is one of the most beautiful venues to choose from. However, there are some restrictions that you should be aware of. The first is if you are getting married in the on-season May – September, your wedding cannot include more than 120 guests. That number falls to only 50 guests in the off-season February – April, due to limited availability. Tower Hill also does not have a bridal suite on location, mainly due to their primary function as a botanical garden. Without a bridal suite to get ready in, you will need to arrive at the site fully dressed and ready for the ceremony.  Pictures, Food, and More Tower Hill makes things easier by working specifically with one catering company: Peppers Artful Events. This company will provide all of the food and drinks for your wedding; the cost of catering is not included in the cost of the venue. You can meet with your wedding coordinator and with Peppers Artful Events to build a food and drink menu you will love.  You can take photos starting one hour before your ceremony. With a wonderful photographer that you trust (ahem!), these photos will bring back fond memories of your wedding for years to come. Conclusion With careful planning and a little bit of luck, you will have an absolutely gorgeous wedding that everybody talks about for years to come. The location is beautiful and filled with flowers, making it the perfect place for a ceremony and an even better place for photos! How to Guide : Planning Zion National Park Weddings

How to Guide : Planning Zion National Park Weddings The Ultimate Guide for Planning Zion National Park Weddings (complete with pricing and photos) If you are interested in planning Zion National Park Weddings this guide is for you! Once you walk amongst the red rock you will be in immediate awe and wonder of this magical place, thus making some awesome photos and memories! Amidst the natural beauty and marriage of sandstone cliffs and water are beautiful spots worthy of some awesome wedding photos. Read below for a breakdown of what you need to do before your wedding in Zion National Park. Locations for Weddings at Zion National Park Weddings at Zion National Park must adhere to the park’s regulations. You have to obtain a permit to have your ceremony at one of the six sanctioned Zion National Park wedding venues : the Temple of Sinewava, Menu Falls, Zion Lodge Lawn, Nature Center North Lawn, South Campground Amphitheater, and Timber Creek Overlook. There’s no likelihood of anyone getting permits for locations other than these. You can take photos anywhere else in the park, but wedding ceremonies must be in designated places. After you have decided on the date(s), you can check the availability of the locations, and if they match your plans, you can continue with booking. Weddings at Zion National Park are best during spring when flowers are blooming and trees are budding, and if you’re lucky, the river water level is just about right. Summer is also great with all the greenery, but the crowds are twice as large. Therefore, if you wish to have an intimate wedding, summer might not be the best time to have it. Every other season can still be great. It all depends on what you prefer for your elopement. Permits for Zion National Park Weddings As with all national parks, Zion National Park weddings require a permit for the location chosen. It is always recommended to get permits for weddings in Zion National Park much earlier than you think to avoid any potential headaches. It is a minimum to get it at least 21 days ahead of time, but I highly recommend getting it as soon as you set a date. You will also need to have a marriage license with you during the event, and since it’s only valid for 30 days, get it after everything else is set. The wedding costs here are lower than elsewhere, so you can have your dream wedding at a dreamy cost too! Vendors for Zion National Park Weddings Working with an organized vendor who already knows the park makes things a lot easier. You can get a wedding planner to take care of every detail and choose your favorite photographer (hi!!!) to capture the special moments. The rest of your dream wedding team can have a stylist, florist, caterer, cake designer, officiant, and anyone else you need. Read the reviews on the vendors and get someone who can match your style and unique requirements. Some planners and vendors are available locally, while others may need to fly in. If you are wanting some awesome candid photography for your once in a lifetime wedding celebration, please CONTACT ME to discuss ideas! Suggested Hikes in Zion National Park The beauty of Zion National Park doesn’t just lie in having an elopement, but also the many options to hike! Ones that I have done and personally recommend include Angel’s Landing, The Narrows, Emerald Pools, and Canyon Overlook. Conclusion After getting married, you have to explore the rest of Zion National Park. Take as many photos on creeks, canyons, and other beautiful spots as you like. Afterward, you can have cocktails at any of the nearby resorts or tacos at the Whiptail Grill.  As a side note, you can have your wedding outside of Zion National Park, especially if you have more guests than they’ll allow in the actual ceremony. There are plenty of places you can choose from, which offer the same magical taste of Zion National Park. Some places worth considering include St. George and Springdale, whic are just a short drive from the park. If you would like to have a Zion National Park wedding, please CONTACT ME to discuss ideas! How to Plan an El Prado Hotel Wedding

How to Plan an El Prado Hotel Wedding Ultimate Planning Guide to an El Prado Hotel Wedding(with pricing and photos) El Prado Hotel, formerly the Garden Court Hotel, is an upscale boutique hotel in Palo Alto’s downtown district. Its convenient downtown location is within easy reach of many of Palo Alto’s shopping and education areas. It also sits in a strategic location if you are looking for a wedding location in the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula, Silicon Valley, and San Jose. It is the only luxury boutique area within Downtown Palo Alto’s City center, making it a sought-after destination for many weddings in the area.  Why an El Prado Hotel Wedding? Besides its convenient location, El Prado hotel offers five-star services, so you can rest assured your big day will flow smoothly. It stands out for offering 24hr service, but it is mostly known among locals for its brick oven pizza and brunch availed at the onsite restaurant. This contemporary chic hotel has undergone a recent remodel, but it still retains the essential things that made it famous. Its Spanish open-air living ambiance is not lost, and so is the relaxing and subdued nature of the whole place. It is open for wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and wedding receptions, with packages starting at just over $1000. The natural elegance of the space makes it easy to decorate, and even the Open-air courtyard, which is the main event space, is eye-catching.  The open-air courtyard has a trademark central fountain, creating the perfect atmosphere in a private space to tie the knot. You can set it up as you wish, albeit with the approval of the management. Natural light floods the space, and at night, twinkle lights create a stary space. The lights and the colors are not harsh, so you don’t have to worry about it clashing with your setup. The event spaces are available throughout the year.  Your guests can stay in this sleek 62 room hotel with balconies or patios opening into the courtyard. You can flow the party indoors and outdoors. Even the standard rooms are fully fitted. Even better, there are wheelchair-accessible rooms. The recent remodel that also brought about the name change further improved the rooms to offer modern sensibilities – those you can only find in a small hotel. Tooth and Nail Winery Wedding Cost + Planning Guide

Tooth and Nail Winery Wedding Cost + Planning Guide Ultimate Planning Guide to a Tooth and Nail Winery Wedding(with pricing and photos) Wondering what a Tooth and Nail Winery wedding cost is and thinking of saying your vows here? Choosing a Tooth and Nail Winery wedding is like having your celebration at a medieval castle. As you walk across the moat, you will transport yourself into the days of King Arthur! With a stunning panoramic view of the area, this is one of my favorite and most unique Paso Robles wedding venues that will have your guests talking about for a very long time. Why a Tooth and Nail Winery Wedding? It begins with the grandeur of the Castle. The front looks straight out of a historical garden, yet that’s just the beginning. The elegant white Castle stands as a lovely complement to the rolling hills of green from the vineyards that surround it. Wedding events are hosted on a raised terrace overlooking the vineyards. Everything is intentional, including having a catwalk overlooking a grand foyer where the bride and groom can make their grand entrance from. Tooth and Nail Winery Wedding Cost Rental Fee : $8000Food Charges : starting at $55 / person Tooth and Nail Winery Wedding Spaces Capacity : 200 guests The Tooth & Nail Winery features a whopping 9000 sq. feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces, and everyone from wine lovers, fairy tale wedding hunters, and couples will find their own little favorite space. The library is available for small parties, and the Foyer allows you to descend a flight of stairs fit for a palace. The West Club Terrace and Eat terrace offer picturesque views of the vineyard’s alias green velvet. For your wedding, you are encouraged to schedule a private tour and tasting session to try the wines and sample the spaces that suit your style of wedding.
