Greystone Mansion Wedding Cost
Rental Fee: $5,000 – $8,800
Capacity: up to 300 guests
Cost depends on the number of guests, length of the event, and areas used
For couples looking to host a ceremony-only event, the rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $2,800 for a one-hour event
Please note that the refundable damage deposit, liability insurance, and public assembly permit fees are not included in the rental fee and catering, and rentals must be arranged separately.

How to Book Weddings at Greystone Mansion

Residents of the City of Beverly Hills can book special events and wedding receptions up to 11 months in advance. Non-residents can book up to 10 months in advance.
Each month opens for booking at 8am (pacific) on the first business day of the month.

If you are having a ceremony only with less than 30 guests, smaller weddings at Greystone Mansion are possible at a discounted rate.
Greystone Mansion Wedding Locations
Greystone Mansion wedding ceremonies are held on the lawn with the fountain acting as the central backdrop for the view.
The Inner Courtyard serves as the main reception area, with the mansion acting as a stunning backdrop all around.
Adjacent to the estate house is a small shaded courtyard that serves as the perfect setting for the cocktail hour.
Best Time for a Wedding at Greystone Mansion
Wedding season is mid-March through mid-November.
Greystone Mansion Wedding Restrictions
The venue requires a wedding coordinator, approved decorations, liability insurance, and limited wheelchair access. No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc., can be used.
Couples may hire an approved outside caterer and play amplified music indoors and outdoors until 9:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited, and a licensed bartender/caterer must serve alcohol. A day-of coordinator is also required to ensure a smooth and unforgettable wedding experience.
