Hilltop Hacienda Estate

On top of the magnificent Santa Cruz Mountains, Kennolyn’s Hilltop Hacienda Estate is surrounded by a beautiful redwood grove and Monterey Bay. A land of 3000 acres, including a courtyard and a stone fountain, this estate shines in luxury. 

Kennolyn’s Hilltop Hacienda Estate can accommodate up to 300 guests. During the ceremony, the indoor and outdoor spaces can host 300 guests. In the reception, 125 can be seated. For the cocktail party, 125 standing guests can be accommodated.

The Kennolyn Wedding venue Hilltop Hacienda Estate is a luxurious and versatile venue. The rental fee offers exclusive use of the location for 5 ½ hours. The venue also includes a spacious 3000 square foot dressing suite, an additional changing suite, and professional DJ and ceremony music. 

The full catering package is $145 per person. The package also includes hors d’oeuvres reception to a 3-course meal, with beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages. To top it off, a professional wedding coordinator is available, ensuring a seamless wedding experience.

Kennolyn’s Stone Creek Village is a 300-acre land adorned with redwood trees. This rustic Amphitheater is perfect for your vintage-themed wedding. With a Town Square and fire pit, this space offers ultimate tranquility and coziness with an old western town design.

Starting at $18,750, you’ll have exclusive venue use for 5 ½ hours, with the option to extend for an additional fee ($1000 per half hour). Monie’s Cottage and the Museum provide ample preparation spaces for both wedding parties. The Caldwell Lodge is available for use after the reception.

A champagne toast for the bridal party is a special feature of this package. A professional DJ and ceremony music are included, along with market umbrellas, string lights, picnic tables, and indoor/outdoor fireplace lounge areas.

The full catering package includes a full catering package including hors d’oeuvres, a 3-course meal, beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages, all for $145 per person.
